1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product’s packaging is damaged, torn, scratched, or broken.

Customers must provide relevant proof of the issue to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Notification & Return Timeline

  • Notification period: Within 48 hours of receiving the product for cases involving missing accessories, gifts, or damaged/broken items.
  • Return shipping deadline: Within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return location: Customers can bring the item directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
