Serybox Offers Free Nationwide Shipping for Orders Over 499,000 VND

• Express Delivery (60 mins - 4 hours within Hanoi): Serybox supports 20,000 VND per order for express delivery within Hanoi.

• For orders with online payment or bank transfer: Serybox will confirm payment and send a confirmation via email. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 working hours after payment is received.

• For orders with Cash on Delivery (COD): After a successful order placement, the order will be confirmed via phone before shipment.

• Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 working days after confirmation. For remote areas, islands, or rural locations, delivery may take 4-5 working days.

• Automatic Order Cancellation: If an order remains unconfirmed for over 10 days, it will be automatically canceled by the system.
